Keeping your vending equipment at its optimum performance is important. Water filters are fitted to hot drinks vending machines to preserve the quality of hot drinks and to prevent the machine from scale, which can inhibit the performance and lead to costly repairs. We will determine the most appropriate filter for your situation, depending on the hardness of the water and the type of machine. The filter needs to be replaced at regular intervals, and our service department will attend periodically to do this, according to the schedule we have recommended.
We hope that your office vending machines will work reliably for you, however all machines require attention now and again. We have a dedicated faults desk to enable you to report any faults that you experience, large or small. Each call is recorded on the machine record to enable us to track its service history. Our own engineers will attend to fault reports in a timely and professional manner. They have a great deal of experience, and carry a wide range of spare parts, enabling them to fix the majority of vending machine faults on our first visit.
