Full maintenance solutions
Following a site survey, we will install your vending equipment using our own trained staff. If you will be managing the vending machines yourself, we ensure that you and your staff are fully trained before we leave your premises.
Our in-house maintenance warranty will provide you with breakdown cover and peace of mind in knowing that you will not have to pay further repair bills.
We hope that your equipment will work reliably for you, and our routine preventative maintenance program is designed to reduce the risk of minor breakdowns.
Service support
However, all machines require attention now and again. We have a dedicated faults desk to enable you to report any faults that you experience, large or small either by phone or via our website.
Each fault call is recorded on the machine record to enable us to track its service history. Our own engineers will attend to fault reports in a timely and professional manner. They have a great deal of experience, and carry a wide range of spare parts, enabling them to fix most vending machine faults on our first visit.
