Westways Vending celebrates the Eastbourne Business Awards 2024! We were proud award winners at this year’s event, celebrating the best of the best in and around Eastbourne, Hailsham, Polegate, East Dean and beyond.
We were nominated across three categories:
- Customer Service Excellence
- Outstanding Family Business
- SME Business
A Glittering Evening at the Eastbourne Business Awards
The awards were held at the beautiful Winter Gardens in Eastbourne, where guests enjoyed a three-course meal and a ceremony hosted by comedian Helen Lederer.
Westways Vending took home the Highly Commended award for Outstanding Family Business. Finalists for the awards themselves were selected from almost twice as many total applicants, making the achievement that much more special.
Our award reflects the company’s commitment to growth, vending industry development and staff progression. The award shines a light on the work done behind the scenes by the 25-strong members of staff, that help ensure that our ethos of customer service and professionalism is upheld each day.
This award also follows up a successful year for Westways, after taking home the “Best Medium Operator” trophy at The National Vending Awards, The Vendies. Alongside this, our Finance Director Natalie Baker was awarded “Woman of the Year” at the same ceremony, along with Highly Commended for Customer Service. The hard work of Area Manager Dino Verlardo was also awarded.
As the company has grown, Westways have established themselves as a real power in the vending industry. From its early days in 1999, Westways have built up a well-deserved reputation for high standards and quality service.
